1. The Department of Education, Schools Division of Pasay City, through the Sub-ARO No. RO-NCR-26-00259 dated April 13, 2026, intends to apply the sum of Five Million Three Hundred Forty-Two Thousand Forty Pesos only (Php5, 342, 040.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Hot Meals for School Based Feeding Program SY 2026-2027 (SDOPC-2026-06-002-PB). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Department of Education, Schools Division of Pasay City now invites bids for the above Procurement Project described under the duly signed and approved Purchase Request No. 2026-06-39-PB dated May 8, 2026. Completion of services is required for nineteen (19) days duration. Furthermore, delivery should be based on the prepared distribution list prepared by the end-user and goods should be delivered in boxes/packs per drop off point.
