SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF HOT MEALS INGREDIENTS FOR THE SCHOOL - BASED FEEDING PROGRAM (SBFP) SY 2026-2027
1) The Department of Education - Division of Roxas City, through the GAA for Fiscal Year 2026 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Three Hundred Seventy-Six Thousand Pesos only (P2, 376, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Hot Meals Ingredients for the School-Based Feeding Program (SBFP) SY 2026-2027. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Department of Education - Division of Roxas City now invites bids for the Supply and Delivery of Hot Meals Ingredients for the School-Based Feeding Program (SBFP) SY 2026-2027 using the Life Cycle Cost Analysis. Delivery of the Goods is required with 120 days. Bidders should have completed, at least 10 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
