The Presidential Management Staff (PMS), through Administrative Service - Procurement Management Division (AS-PMD), intends to procure Supply and Delivery of High-Performance Laptops And Accessories For Graphic Design And Layout Work (see attached TOR) with an Approved Budget for the Contract amounting to One Million Seven Hundred Thousand Pesos (₱1, 700, 000.00) through Section 34 (Small Value Procurement) of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act (R.A.) No. 12009.
Please submit your duly signed quotation form including the Terms and Conditions (Annex A) together with the following documents not later than 19 March 2026 at 2:00 PM:
a. PhilGEPS Registration Number;
b. Mayor-s/Business Permit;
c. Income/Business Tax Return ;
