Delivery Period 15 days (upon receipt of Purchase Order & Notice to Proceed)
Prospective Bidders should have experience in undertaking a similar project within the last 2 years with an amount of at least 50% of the proposed project for bidding. The Eligibility / Screening as well as the Preliminary Examination of Bids shall use non-discretionary -˜pass/fail- criteria. Post qualification of the lowest calculated bid shall be conducted.
Complete sets of Eligibility Requirements and bid Documents may be obtained at the (BAC Secretariat) Procurement Section of the General Services Office (GSO), Ground Floor, Marikina City hall, this city (Tel. Nos. 646-16-26, 369-57-09 upon payment of non- refundable fee of P 5, 000.00 (City Ordinance No. 72 series of 2012). Duly accomplished Eligibility Forms shall be submitted in sealed envelope addressed to the BAC Chairman, c/o BAC Secretariat.
