The BLGU-Barangay Himbangan, Saint Bernard, Southern Leyte, through its 20% EDF 2026 intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Ninety Eight Thousand Pesos only (Php 498, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract of SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF HEAVY DUTY WATER METER FOR BRGY.
