INVITATION TO BID
1. The Municipal Government of Narra, through Bids and Awards Committee intends to apply the sum of SEVEN HUNDRED SEVENTY-FIVE THOUSAND PESOS AND 00/100 ONLY (PHP 775, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF HEAVY-DUTY GLASS CRUSHER FOR MENRO SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT PROGRAM. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipal Government of Narra now invites bids for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF HEAVY-DUTY GLASS CRUSHER FOR MENRO SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT PROGRAM. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the project with at least 50% of the Approved Budget for the Contract.
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 12009 (RA 12009), otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act”.br...
