INVITATION TO BID
SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF HEARING AID AND READING GLASSES UNDER IB NO. 26-80
1) The Department of Health Bicol Center for Health Development (DOH Bicol CHD), through the General Appropriations Act intends to apply the sum of One Million Nine Hundred Seventy-Four Thousand Pesos Only (Php 1, 974, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of hearing Aid and Reading Glasses under IB No. 26-80. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The DOH Bicol CHD now invites bids for Supply and Delivery of Hearing Aid and Reading Glasses under IB No. 26-80. Delivery of the Goods is required on the expected delivery date stated in Section VI, Schedule of Requirements. Bidders should have completed, at least five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
