The Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources-10 (BFAR-10), through the National Expenditure Program for FY 20264 intends to apply the sum of Seven Million One Hundred Thirty-Seven Thousand Pesos (Php 7, 137, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF HDPE POND LINER FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF SALT INDUSTRY PROJECT (DSIP) CY 2026 with ITB No. 2026-02-010. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
