The Department of Agriculture-Regional Field Office No. 8, through the CORN 2019-C.O intends to apply the sum of Three Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (P 3, 500, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for -œSupply and Delivery of Hauling Truck.- Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The Department of Agriculture-Regional Field Office No. 8, now invites bids for -œSupply and Delivery of Hauling Truck.- Delivery of the Goods is required within sixty (60) calendar days from receipt of NTP. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project..

4. Deliver within sixty (60) calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed, FOB to DA Station Salcedo, Eastern Samar;
5. Shoulder the expenses during the first change oil including oil and services;
6. Provide LTO registrations (3 years), CTPL, Freight and handling and body conversion;
7. Provide GSIS Comprehensive Insurance for 3 years;
8. Processing of payment maybe made upon delivery, inspection and acceptance by the end-user;
9. Winning bidder shall submit a snapshot of LBP account to effect payment.
