1. The Local Government Unit Of San Francisco, Agusan del Sur, through EE-Slaughterhouse of MEEDMO intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Forty Seven Thousand Two Hundred Seventy Eight pesos only (PhP 247, 278.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Hardware Supplies for Fabrication at the Slaughterhouse Cattle Receiving, Hog Sticking Table and Platform. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
