The bidders shall drop their duly accomplished RFQ in the bid box at the above-mentioned address and on the time and date specified above. Late bids shall be rejected.
The BAC of Bislig City reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the procurement process, and to reject all RFQs at any time prior to the issuance of Purchase Order, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
