INVITATION TO BID FOR
Supply and delivery of goods for Tutok Kainan Supplementary Feeding Program Year 3
1. The MUNICIPALITY OF LEZO through the Approved 2026 Local Government Support Fund LGSF intends to apply the sum of One Million Six Thousand Eight Hundred Pesos Only (Php1, 006, 800.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and delivery of goods for Tutok Kainan Supplementary Feeding Program Year 3, ITB LGU-Lezo-2025-024. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The MUNICIPALITY OF LEZO now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by Section VI: Schedules of Requirements. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
