INVITATION TO BID FOR
Supply and Delivery of Goods for the GAD Kits of the Permanent Evacuation Center
1. The Local Government Unit of Abra de Ilog, Occ. Mindoro, through the 70% of 5% LDRRM Fund intends to apply the sum of FOUR HUNDRED TWENTY-FOUR THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED PESOS ONLY ( P 424, 800.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Goods for the GAD Kits of the Permanent Evacuation Center, Goods # 57-2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Abra de Ilog, Occ. Mindoro now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 30 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
