1. The Local Government Unit of Abra de Ilog, Occ. Mindoro, through the 20% Development Fund intends to apply the sum of FIVE HUNDRED NINE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED NINETY PESOS ONLY (P 509, 490.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Goods for the Construction of SHC Garage, Waiting Area, and TB Dots Additional Facility, Goods # 25-2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Abra de Ilog, Occ. Mindoro now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 25 Calendar Days.
