The Local Government Unit of Claveria, Cagayan would like to apply the sum of One Million Six Hundred Thousand Pesos (P 1, 600, 000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the Contract for the Supply and Delivery of Glass Pulverizer Machine for ESWM, chargeable against 20% Continuing.
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The Local Government Unit of Claveria, now invites bids for the Supply and Delivery of Glass Pulverizer Machine for ESWM. Completion of the Works is required within Thirty (30) Calendar Days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
