Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR
SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF GEOTAGGING DEVICE CONSISTING OF TWO (2) LOTS TO BE DISTRIBUTED TO AEWs IN SUPPORT TO THE IMPLEMENTATION OF RICE CROP MANAGER ADVISORY SERVICE (RCMAS) AND OTHER ACTIVITIES AND PROJECTS UNDER RICE BANNER PROGRAM
1. The Department of Agriculture - Regional Field Office III, through the GENERAL APPROPRIATION ACT for the Year 2026 intends to apply the sum FIVE MILLION NINE HUNDRED TWENTY-FIVE THOUSAND PESOS (P5, 925, 000.00), being the ABC to payments under the contract for DA3-2026-05-1839. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Department of Agriculture - Regional Field Office III now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required for the period of THIRTY (30) CALENDAR DAYS UPON RECEIPT OF NOTICE TO PROCEED.
