INVITATION TO BID
FOR THE Supply and Delivery of Generator Sets for use of Various Hospitals
1) The Provincial Government of Occidental Mindoro, through the 2026 Appropriations Ordinance (20% Development Fund) intends to apply the sum of Twenty Million Three Hundred Twenty Thousand Pesos Only (Php20, 320, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Generator Sets for use of Various Hospitals (Ref. No. 090-2026). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Provincial Government of Occidental Mindoro now invites bids for the supply and delivery of four (4) units generator set. Delivery of the Goods is required within thirty (30) days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP).
