INVITATION TO BID FOR THE
SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF FUEL FOR MDDRM OPERATION
1) The Local Government Unit of Arakan, through the GENERAL FUND and FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Forty-Four Thousand Three Hundred Twenty Pesos only (₱944, 320.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF FUEL FOR MDDRM OPERATION with Reference No. 2026-G-15. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Local Government Unit of Arakan, now invites bids for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF FUEL FOR MDDRM OPERATION Delivery of the Goods is required 30 Calendar Days from receipts of Notice to Proceed. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.
