INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF FUEL FOR BARANGAY ROAD MAINTENANCE
1. The Local Government Unit of Matanao utilizes the amount from 20% LGDF Fund in the amount of Three Million Three Hundred Thousand Pesos & 00/100 (Php 3, 300, 000.00) for the procurement of Fuel for Barangay Road Maintenance, (33 Brgys. of Matanao, Davao del Sur). The ABC is Three Million Three Hundred Thousand Pesos & 00/100 (Php 3, 300, 000.00). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Matanao now invites bids from eligible suppliers for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within twenty (20) calendar days upon effectivity of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
