MUNICIPALITY OF GASAN
INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF FUEL AND OIL
1) The Municipal Government of Gasan, through the Trust Fund - Revised LDRRMF 5% Continuing Appropriations (Unspent Balances from Previous Years) intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (Php 500, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Fuel and Oil. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipal Government of Gasan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by thirty (30) calendar days upon receipt of approved Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
