Invitation to Bid for the Supply and delivery of Fuel and Aggregates Base Course

1. The Barangay Datu Panas of Buug, through the Barangay Development Fund 2024 intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Eighty Nine Thousand Seven Hundred Sixty Five Pesos & 04/100 only(589, 765.04) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the SUpply and delivery of Fuel and Aggregates Base Course Market. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Barangay Datu Panas of Buug now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within 15 calendar days, Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
