SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF FUEL
1. In view of the two (2) failed biddings, the Local Government Unit of Maconacon, Isabela Bids and Award Committee (BAC) invite PhilGEPS registered suppliers to participate in the negotiation for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF FUEL in accordance with Section 53.1 of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (Revised IRR) of Republic Act No. 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.
2. The Approved Budget for the Contract is One Million One Hundred Forty-Two Thousand One Pesos and Eighty-Five Centavos (Php 1, 142, 001.85) inclusive of all applicable taxes.
3. The Procurement Project is composed of One (1) Lot, the details of which are described in
Annex “B” (Technical Specifications) and Annex “A” (Schedule of Requirements).
