Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF FUEL
1. The Local Government of Maconacon, Isabela, through LDRRM QRF (REPROGRAMMING) and as per Authority for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF FUEL intends to apply the sum of One Million One Hundred Forty-Two Thousand One Pesos and Eighty-Five Centavos (Php 1, 142, 001.85) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the “SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF FUEL”. The period for the performance of the obligations under the Contract shall not go beyond the validity of the corresponding appropriations for the Project. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government of Maconacon, Isabela now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery is required 20 Calendar Days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
