INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF FUEL
ITB NO: 25-26
1) The Municipal Government of Libona, Bukidnon, through the Municipal General Services Office (MGSO) intends to apply the sum of Four Million Nine Hundred Ninety-nine Thousand Six Hundred Pesos (₱4, 999, 600.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Fuel. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipal Government of Libona, Bukidnon now invites bids for Procurement of Fuel based on the Highest Quantity Offered for a Fixed Budget. Supply and Delivery of the Goods shall be on a staggered basis (upon consumption) until the total fuel volume is exhausted. Bidders should have completed, from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
