1)The Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries, and Agrarian Reform-Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (MAFAR-BARMM), Regional Office, through the Transitional Development Impact Fund (TDIF) 2025 intends to apply the sum of Eight Million Seventy-Two Thousand Six Hundred Fifty-Five Pesos for Lot 1 70, 197 pieces of Durian Seedlings (Puyat Variety); Six Million Five Hundred Seventy-Two Thousand Six Hundred Twenty-Five Pesos for Lot 2 77, 325 pieces of Rambutan Seedlings (Maharlika Variety) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot/item. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
