1. The Local Government Unit of San Miguel, Bohol, through the 9998-5 CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Fifty-Nine Thousand Pesos Only (PhP 259, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF FRUIT SEEDLINGS FOR BIODIVERSITY PROTECTION PROGRAM with PIN: 2026-07-01. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of San Miguel, Bohol now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by thirty (30) calendar days from the receipt of Purchase Order (PO).
