1) The MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF BAYAMBANG, through the GENERAL FUND - 2026 intends to apply
the sum of SIX HUNDRED SEVENTY-FIVE THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (PhP675, 000.00) being the
ABC to payments under the contract for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF FRESH MILK FOR THE SCHOOL
BASED FEEDING PROGRAM (SBFP) IN PUBLIC ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS / NJQ-GOODS-06-2026-038.
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF BAYAMBANG now invites bids for the above-mentioned project. Delivery
of the Goods is required WITHIN NINETY (90) CALENDAR DAYS. Bidders should have completed, at least
