Description : SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF FOUR (4) UNITS SPORTS MOTOR
1. In view of the two (2) failed biddings, the Local Government Unit of Maconacon, Isabela Bids and Award Committee (BAC) invite PhilGEPS registered suppliers to participate in the negotiation for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY of Four (4) Units SPORTS MOTOR in accordance with Section 53.1 of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (RIRR) of Republic Act No. 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.
2. The Approved Budget for the Contract is Five Hundred Sixty Pesos (Php 560, 000.00) inclusive of all applicable taxes.
3. The Procurement Project is composed of One (1) Lot, the details of which are described in
Annex “B” (Technical Specifications).
4.
