FOR SAKAY NA PROGRAM
1. The City Government of Calbayog, through the budget approved by Sangguniang Panlungsod, CY 2026 GFAB-CAPITAL OUTLAY-MOTOR VEHICLES intends to apply the sum of SIX MILLION FOUR HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (Php 6, 400, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF FOUR (4) UNITS SERVICE VEHICLE FOR SAKAY NA PROGRAM with Project Identification No. 1011-2026-07-014-1. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The City Government of Calbayog now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by within thirty (30) calendar days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
