1) The Municipal Government of Mogpog, through the Office of the Mayor (Capital Outlay) Continuing Fund intends to apply the sum of SEVEN HUNDRED TWENTY-SEVEN THOUSAND FIFTY PESOS (₱727, 050.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Four (4) unit of Five Headed Lamp Post Heritage Design. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipal Government of Mogpog now invites bids for Supply and Delivery of Four (4) unit of Five Headed Lamp Post Heritage Design. Delivery of the Goods is required [insert the required delivery date or expected contract duration].
