1. The Local Government Unit of Laoang, through Trust Fund -Performance-Based Grant -PMNP intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Fifty Six Thousand Five Hundred Pesos Only (PhP256, 500.00) only being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Fortified Cookies, Cereal and Fortified Milk Powder for 7Supplemental Feeding Program with project number ITB-17-2025-G. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Laoang now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods within 10 days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed.
