Information for Bidder/Consultant :

Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. Copy of valid trade license 2. Copy of valid tax clearance certificate 3. The vendor should provide minimum of 1 years of hardware warranty for Server. 4. This warranty should be clearly mentioned in the Manufacturer’s Authorization Letter issued by respective OEM on OEM letterhead for the Specified server Hardware. 5. Vendor must provide detail technical compliance statement to the requird specification along with the product datasheet. 6. The vendor is required to provide 1 year post-installation maintenance and support services for the supplied server and associated equipments as part of this contract. 7. After the warranty period the vendor must have in-house service team to support us under AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract). 8. Vendor must have prior experience in supply and installation of similar to the one proposed in this bid. As a proof vendor must submit minimum three client reference and a copy of supply order or project completion certificate for verification. 9. The vendor must plan the installation of server during weekends, public holiday or off hours to minimize the system down time. 10. None compliance to any of the above said qualification criteria may lead to disqualification and may not be considered for technical evaluation. 11. Submitted Bid amount should be inclusive of all taxes (GST as well) and vendor should submit GST registration certificate.
