The Local Government Unit - Basey, Samar, through the assistance of Department of Social Welfare and Development( DSWD) intends to apply the sum of Four Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos only (Php 4, 500, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for 12995140 /LGUBS-GD-24-05-089, Supply and Delivery of Foodstuff for the Supplementary Feeding Program of, Basey Samar. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
