1. The City Government of Cagayan de Oro, through the Non-Office: General Public - OMOE (SB3-2024) @POW: A Decade of Resilience for Sendong Commemoration, intends to apply the sum of Twelve Million Nine Hundred Fifty Thousand and 0/100 (PhP12, 950, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Foodpacks; PR No. 25-5268 dated 14 November 2025; SN 193 - 2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The City Government of Cagayan de Oro now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by Thirty (30) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within Five (5) Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
