FOR THE Supply and Delivery of Food Supplies for use in Various Disaster Response Program of PDRRMO - MAPSA
1) The Provincial Government of Occidental Mindoro, through the 2026 Appropriations Ordinance (Calamity Fund) intends to apply the sum of Two Million Seventy-Two Thousand Five Hundred Fifty Pesos Only (Php2, 072, 550.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Food Supplies for use in Various Disaster Response Program of PDRRMO - MAPSA (Ref. No. 151-2026). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Provincial Government of Occidental Mindoro now invites bids for the supply and delivery of non-perishable goods. Delivery of the Goods is required within thirty (30) days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP).
