Description : The use of Negotiated Procurement - Community Participation (NP-CP) is recommended considering the nature and social objective of the project, which is the timely implementation of the Supplementary Feeding Program (SFP) benefiting 1, 615 beneficiaries. The procurement involves the supply and delivery of food supplies necessary to address food insecurity and mitigate hunger among the intended beneficiaries.
