Sealed quotation in three (3) copies and other requirements such as Valid Mayor-s Permit, Tax Clearance Certificate & PhilGEPS Registration Certificate shall be submitted to the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) at BUNTATALA-TAGBAC ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, Buntatala, Jaro Iloilo City. 3. Mode of delivery: Delivery of perishable Goods shall be made every week and to be delivered to school site, BUNTATALA-TAGBAC ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
