Description : To support the local livelihoods, cooperatives and combat malnutrition, the Local Government Unit of Siay (LGU-SIAY), intends to procure Supply and Delivery of Food items for the use of Supplemental Feeding Program (Child Welfare Program) through Negotiated Procurement Section 35.11 Community Participation of the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act No. 12009 (R.A. No. 12009), with an Approved Budget for the Contract of Seven Million One Hundred One Thousand Pesos Only (7, 101, 000.00).
Schedule of Deliveries every other week of the month a total of 13th deliveries intended for 180 days of Supplemental Feeding. All items should not be repacked.
