Description : 1) The Municipal Government of El Nido, using a Single year for duration of upon receipt of Notice to Execute Framework Agreement until December 2026, through the CY 2026 General Fund Intends to apply the sum of One Million Four Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety-Four Pesos (Php 1, 499, 994.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Food for Evacuees/2026-04-0351. BIDS RECEIVED IN EXCESS OF THE ABC SHALL BE AUTOMATICALLY REJECTED AT BID OPENING.
2) The Municipal Government of El Nido now invites bids for Supply and Delivery of Food for Evacuees. Delivery of the Goods is required within Five (5) calendar days after issuance of a Call-Off or any date determined by the Procuring Entity (PE). Bidders should have completed at least Three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
