Description : 1. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF MAGDALENA, through the Trust Fund as per CAF No. 2026-06-13, intends to apply the sum of Two Million Eight Hundred Ninety-Four Thousand Eight Hundred Six Pesos only (Php 2, 894, 806.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Food Commodities for the Implementation of 16th Cycle Supplementary Feeding Program. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF MAGDALENA now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified suppliers for the said procurement. The Bidders should have completed within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipts of bids, and a contract similar to the procurement. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents. Delivery of the Goods/Completion of project is required within one hundred eighty (180) calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed.
