MUNICIPALITY OF GASAN
INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF FOOD COMMODITIES AND OTHER ITEMS
1) The Municipal Government of Gasan, through the 5% MDRRM Fund CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Seven Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (Php 700, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Food Commodities and Other Items. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipal Government of Gasan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by ten (10) calendar days upon receipt of approved Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
