· Bids are submitted in dollars (for the price of one basket) by filling out the Annex A Financial Bid Form (Table of Quantities) and any bid in any other currency will be ignored .
· The bidder must carefully study all instructions, conditions, scope of work, technical specifications, schedule of quantities, and forms contained in the tender documents. Any failure to provide all required documents and information will bear the responsibility of the bidder and may lead to the exclusion of his bid.
· The supplier has the right to apply for one or more areas or to apply for the entire expected total (maximum). He is not only entitled to divide the quantities into one area according to the scope of work attachment, Annex C.
· The desired areas and quantities for submission are selected and filled in the Bid Scope Annex D.
· The above Annex D bid scope is filled out according to the work statement schedule in the Annex (C) scope of work attachment, and does not deviate from the included areas or divide the quantities into one area.
· The required technical specifications must be approved in the Mandatory Quality Standards Annex (H).
· Any bid submitted after the last date for bidding will be rejected and returned to the bidder unopened.
