Tender Details

The purpose of this framework agreement is the supply and delivery of foodstuffs to the Caisse des Ecoles in the 15th arrondissement of Paris for the production of meals intended for schools and leisure centers. The framework agreement is concluded for a initial period going from March 2 to December 31, 2026 or failing that for an initial period going from the date of notification until December 31, 2026 if the date of notification of the contract is after March 2, 2026. The renewal will be carried out for an period from January 1 to December 31 of the following year. Each of the framework agreements may be renewed under the same terms, a maximum of 3 times, for a period of twelve months, by tacit agreement. If the contracting authority decides to renew framework agreement, the holder will not be able to refuse this renewal. The maximum duration of the framework agreement, renewal periods included, is therefore forty-six months.
