1. The DAVAO REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER (DRMC) intends to apply the sum of Twenty Million Eight Hundred Twenty-Eight Thousand Eight Hundred Ninety-Eight Pesos (Php 20, 828, 898.00) from GAA 2026 as the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for Supply and Delivery of Fluids. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The DRMC now invites bids for Supply and Delivery of Fluids using the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bid (LCRB). Delivery of the Goods is specified in the Section VI- Schedule of Requirements. Bidders should have completed (SLCC) within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
