SECTION I. INVITATION TO BID

Supply and Delivery of Fleet Card for the Procurement of Petroleum Fuel, Oil and Lubricant (POL)

1. The LGU-Tunga, Leyte, through the Approved Supplemental Budget No. 1, 2024 intends to apply the sum of One Million Three Hundred Thirty-Two Thousand One Hundred Ninety-Seven Pesos and Forty-Seven Centavos Only (P1, 332, 197.47) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Fleet Card for the Procurement of the above stated contract. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the bid opening.

2. The Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) now invites bids for the Fleet Card for the Procurement of Diesel, Unleaded and Premium. Delivery of the goods shall be in accordance with the delivery schedule under Section VI, Schedule of Requirements. Bidders should have completed, within three (2) years prior to the date of Pre-Bid Conference, a contract similar to the Project....
