MUNICIPALITY OF TAYTAY
INVITATION TO BID
SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF FIRE HOSE
The Municipal Government of Taytay, through the 5% MDRRM Fund intends to apply the sum of FOUR HUNDRED SIxTY THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED PESOS (PHP 460, 800.00) as Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract Supply and Delivery of Fire Hose. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall automatically be disqualified upon bid opening.
The Municipal Government of Taytay now invites bids for the Supply and Delivery of Fire Hose. Bidders should have a completed contract similar to the project, within 2 years from the date of submissions of bids.
Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (R.A. 12009), otherwise known as the “Government procurement Reform Act”.
● Bidding is open to all interested bidders, whether local or foreign, subject to the conditions for eligibility provided in the 2016 Revised IRR of R.A. 12009.
