FOR THE Supply and Delivery of Fertilizer for Distribution to Farmers of Occidental Mindoro
1) The Provincial Government of Occidental Mindoro, through the 2026 Appropriations Ordinance (General Fund) intends to apply the sum of Two Million Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Five Hundred Thirty Pesos Only (Php2, 999, 530.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Fertilizer for Distribution to Farmers of Occidental Mindoro (Ref. No. 097-2026). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Provincial Government of Occidental Mindoro now invites bids for the supply and delivery of various fertilizers. Delivery of the Goods is required within thirty (30) days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP).
