Description : The Department of Agriculture-RFO 3, invites interested suppliers to submit quotations/proposals for the hereunder requirement, to wit:
INVITATION TO BID FOR
SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF FEEDS TO BE DISTRIBUTED TO THE BENEFICIARIES UNDER LOVE PROJECT
1. The Department of Agriculture - Regional Field Office III, through the GENERAL APPROPRIATIONS ACT for the Year 2026 intends to apply the sum; ONE MILLION TWO HUNDRED THIRTY-TWO THOUSAND PESOS (P 1, 232, 000.00), being the ABC to payments under the contract for DA3-2026-04-1436. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Department of Agriculture - Regional Field Office III now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by Thirty (30) Calendar Days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed.
Bidders should have completed, within Five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
