The Department of Agriculture-Regional Field Office No. 8, through the RESEARCH STO - 2026 CURRENT FUND - MOOE intends to apply the sum of One Million One Hundred Fifty-Five Thousand Eight Hundred Pesos Only (P1, 155, 800.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for “Supply and Delivery of Feeds”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The Department of Agriculture-Regional Field Office No. 8, now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the goods shall be within May 2026 (Batch 1) and September 2026 (Batch 2) (see attached delivery schedule) after receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
