Description : The Department of Agriculture-RFO 3, invites interested suppliers to submit quotations/proposals for the hereunder requirement, to wit:
INVITATION TO BID FOR
SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF FARM TOOLS CONSISTING OF 2 LOTS TO BE DISTRIBUTED IN AMIA VILLAGES TO SUPPORT THEIR PRODUCTION AND FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT/ENHANCEMENT OF LIVELIHOODS
1. The Department of Agriculture - Regional Field Office III, through the GENERAL APPROPRIATIONS ACT for the Year 2026 intends to apply the sum; LOT 1 - THREE HUNDRED SEVENTY-FIVE THOUSAND PESOS (P 375, 000.00), LOT 2 - THREE HUNDRED FORTY THOUSAND PESOS (P 340, 000.00), being the ABC to payments under the contract for DA3-2026-01-0138. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Department of Agriculture - Regional Field Office III now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by Thirty (30) Calendar Days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed.
